Kowloon Watch Company provides the professional after-sales service for customers. We provide the return and exchange service, the landscaping service and the maintenance service.

1. Return and Exchange Policy
We accept returns of products sold by eShop with not more than 7 days of the delivery date. You are request to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any defects and/or damage. If any problems are found as quality problem (not include any damage caused by man-made) within 7 days of delivery, please call our hotline at 2391 7483 to arrange the exchange. If the product is out of stock, we will arrange a refund of the items. In cases of disputes, Kowloon Watch Company reserves the right of final decision.

We provide the professional maintenance service and landscaping service. You may enjoy these services for free or at a discounted price during the warranty period with the receipt or warranty card.
