  1. Can I place an order without registering?

    No, you have to register as a member to place an order. However, you can still browse products and check out the Kowloon Watch eshop before you register. Registration is free and there is no obligation to shop after you have registered. Register now!

  4. Do you ship internationally?

    We currently only ship to China mainland, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, but we will provide more oversea regions soon.

  5. Can I pick up the order at Kowloon Watch physical stores?

    Yes. You can also pick up your order at selected Kowloon Watch stores in Hong Kong. After receipt of payment, the goods will be ready for pick-up in 3 - 5 working days.

  6. How do I cancel my order?

  7. Are all products from Kowloon Watch are Authentic?

    Kowloon Watch has good reputations for years. We will not allow any illegal trade to harm our reputations.

    We are accredited by the Hong Kong Tourism Board with the Quality Tourist Service Sign of Quality and we have the 'No-Fakes' pledge issued by relevant authorities. We are also offered as a reliable store by the Guangzhou Daily News. All these prove that we are a reliable merchant, so customers can shop confidently.

  8. Do you accept ‘‘Cash On Delivery’’ on Kowloon Watch eshop?

    All payment methods need customers to pay first before delivery, no "Cash On Delivery" is allowed.
